Cancellation Policy

🚦SALON BOOKING FEE POLICIES: Please read!! As of Aug 1, 2023, most services will require a booking fee. All booking fees will go towards that service only. Booking fees are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by the stylist. 🎁 GIFT CARDS 🎁 👋 GREAT NEWS!!! B Gorgeous now offer online gift cards. Click the link in the booking app and choose your desired amount 😊 🚦SALON CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES: In the best consideration of my salon and clients, I respectfully ask that a FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS NOTICE is given for any APPOINTMENT changes or CANCELLATIONS  In accordance with B GORGEOUS, LLC cancellation policy, the Salon will charge a CANCELLATION FEE OF 30% of the reserved service for no-shows and last-minute appointment cancellations. ARRIVING 10 MINUTES LATE CONSTITUTES A NO-SHOW AND WILL BE CHARGED AS SUCH. 🚦WINTER WEATHER EXCEPTION: In the event of HAZARDOUS WINTER ROAD CONDITIONS, I will allow you to reschedule up to 2 hours before your scheduled time WITHOUT PENTALTY. After this, the full APPOINTMENT AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED. 🚦APPOINTMENTS In order to best accommodate the needs of your schedule and the upkeep of the maintenance of your hair, I recommend that each of my dear clients book their upcoming appointments in advance. 🚦SALON SERVICE POLICIES Pricing for the salon services are based on the experience and education of the individual stylist, along with the demands for their time. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE OFFER REFUNDS FOR PREPAID BOOKING FEES, SERVICES PERFORMED, GIFT CARDS. Service prices vary by specialist and start at the prices listed. If you are seeking a specific pricing point, I will be more than happy to provide options for you within the services. Please note the salon service pricing may increase based on additional time or product required to accommodate very thick or long hair. All prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity. In the best interest of the stylist and clientele, B Gorgeous, LLC can not provide services to clients that have had or are recovering from any neck or head injury. In the case of having such an injury, you must inform me at the time of making your appointment. You may be asked to sign a waiver of liability in order to receive services at B Gorgeous, LLC 🚦B GORGEOUS, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to guests who:  - Anyone who has or has recently had a neck or head injury - Any client who presents a disorder or condition that makes them ineligible for services For specific questions and other service inquiries, please contact me directly.  In the case of any dissatisfaction with a service you have received, I will be more than happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for me to redo the service. 🚦REDO POLICY: You must call me within five (5) business days of the original service. Color/Bleach/Style can not be altered by you or someone else. A full color/bleach change will be a (color correction charge). Inspirational internet photos are photoshop. A color/bleach process may take steps to get to the desired look. In the case that the original stylist has no time available, an exception may be made, and the redo may be scheduled with another member of our team.  🚦LITTLE ONES B GORGEOUS, LLC welcomes all children with a scheduled appointment. However, in the best interest of the stylist and your child's safety, B Gorgeous, LLC do not hold liability for your children if they are running, spinning, or climbing on chairs, touching or playing with cords or tools, choose to touch items from stylist stations, or open any closed drawers within the space during their visit with me. The stations, drawers, chairs, and various tools that I utilize to perform services on clients are meant to be touched only by a licensed Cosmetologists. The salon has various hot tools that stay on the majority of the day at temperatures over 400 degrees F. The drawers contain a plethora of sharp objects, such as shears (scissors) and razor blades, along with other chemicals and irritants that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children. The various tools I use are meant to be utilized by a Licensed Cosmetologists only. As appealing as big, hydraulic, spinning, salon chairs can seem for the little ones, I can not allow for children to play on, stand on, spin in, or otherwise utilize the salon chairs for any other purpose aside from sitting in.  Please note B GORGEOUS, LLC encouraged to discourage this behavior, in the best interest and safety of all children that visit. 🚦RETURNS Returns of defective products are not an issue, and I would be happy to swap it out. Salon merchandise may be returned for exchange only. Hair brushes may not be returned due to health and sanitation code. Products/ Merchandise may not be returned after 14 days from purchase.
